We are really looking forward to welcoming you to our 4th International Conference in Manila on 12-15th November. Please read these joining instructions carefully so you do not miss any important information that will make your conference travel and stay as smooth as possible.
Payment
If you have not yet paid for your registration, please do so as soon as possible. If you have any unresolved issues regarding payment, please contact registration@icpcnconference.org
Catering & access requirements
Please complete this survey by 30th October to indicate any dietary, accessibility or other requirements.
Philippines Entry Requirements
Everyone travelling to the Philippines regardless of whether you need a visa or not must complete an online form beforehand (From 72 hours prior to arrival) to get an @etravel@ QR code which you need to present on arrival. To do this you need to download the eGOV PH App.
If you are arriving within 6 days after leaving or transitioning countries with a risk of Yellow Fever Transmission a vaccination certificate against Yellow Fever is required.

Programme
You can view the programme for the Conference here: ICPCN Conference Programme – we are just finalising a few things and hope to have the full programme available by the end of the week.
Venue
The conference is being held at The Bellevue Manila in the centre of the business district of Manila.
Workshops
If you’ve not already done so, please do take a look and book yourself into one of our pre-conference workshops which are taking place on Wednesday 12th: Pre-Conference Workshops
CPD & Certificates
We are delighted to have secured the following CPD Points:
- PRC CPD Nursing 15.0 Units
- PAFP: 12. Units, Category II
- PPS and PMA units are applied for
All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance, upon completion of the evaluation survey.
Welcome drink
Please join us for an informal gathering and a soft drink to kick off the conference on the Wednesday evening at 5.30pm in the lobby by the conference rooms.
Collecting your delegate badge and bag
Please come and register and collect your badge and delegate bag either at the welcome drinks on Wednesday evening or bright and early in the morning on Thursday 13th – registration will be open from 7.30-8.30am. If you are attending a pre-conference workshop you will be able to register for the conference at the same time as the pre-conference workshop.
Gala Evening
Celebrating ICPCN’s 20th Birthday, the gala evening of entertainment, dancing and a delicious buffet meal takes place from 7-10pm on Thursday 13th. Smart or national dress. You will need to have booked and paid for this in advance – we still have availability, so why not join us. Gala Dinner Registration
Miles for Millions Walk
We plan to have a special walk to celebrate ICPCN’s 20th Birthday and our new fundraising campaign ‘Miles for Millions’. This will either be an outdoors or inside activity depending on the weather! Join the fun at 6.30 am on Friday morning. Look out for further information!

Power sockets
Visitors will need a travel adaptor for types A and C or a universal adaptor – especially those with European-style plugs, as these will not fit. A power converter is not usually necessary, since the Philippines voltage is 220V and frequency is 60Hz, but please check your device specifications.
