About The Ruth Foundation
The Ruth Foundation for Palliative and Hospice Care (TRF) is a non-governmental organization based in Muntinlupa City, Philippines. TRF is dedicated to providing the best quality of life to individuals of all ages facing serious illness. Through compassionate community-based care, education, and advocacy, TRF’s interdisciplinary team provides holistic support to patients and families, ensuring that no-one faces challenging times alone.
The Ruth Foundation for Palliative Care was formed in 2012 for the primary purpose of providing community-based opportunities for care of the home-bound elderly and those with life-limiting illness, alongside education and training in palliative and hospice care. The secondary aim of the Foundation is to support palliative care efforts of other organisations in the Philippines.
The services they provide

Plan for hope
The Ruth Foundation seeks to fulfil its mission through its main project, Plan for H.O.P.E., which is divided into two efforts: care encounters and community empowerment.

Care Encounters
We bring dignity and hope to the marginalized elderly and those who need continuity of care in the comforts of their homes through the generosity of our donors and partners.
3.
Community Empowerment
Through our Leadership of HOPE Education Program, we empower everyone in the community to become equipped in reaching out to their neighbors living with chronic illnesses.
4.
Trainings
The Ruth Foundation prides itself in the hosting of multiple trainings that allow for a deeper understanding into the world of palliative care.
