Normal Registration closes 1 November 2025.

Conference fees are set on a sliding scale related to profession and where delegates reside, according to the World Bank country income classification. You can check this here.
The three categories of registration fees are as follows;
- Individuals from the Philippines;
- Individuals from low and lower-middle income countries;
- Individuals from upper-middle and high-income countries.
Registration for participants from the Philippines are quoted in PHP₱. All other registration fees are quoted in US$.

Workshop fees
Fees for full day of workshops on 12 November are the same for all delegates and include attendance at 1 full day workshop or 2 half day workshops as well as lunch and teas/coffees.

Registration payment options
Individuals in the Philippines will pay in PHP₱ by making direct payment to the Ruth Foundation.
All other payments will be made via PayPal in US$.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the conference. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the conference.
Registrations are non-transferable without prior discussion with the conference organisers.
